MOST WANTED!

Coyote sighting? Take our Coyote Survey!

On May 8, 2007, a human caused fire ravaged 800 acres of Griffith Park. The recovery team includes Dan Cooper, the GPNHS scientific advisor.

As a part of his efforts, Dan put together a Powerpoint presentation for the Department of Recreation and Parks that gives an overview of Griffith Park's ecology. If you have the Microsoft Powerpoint program, you can download the presentation and view it on your computer. Please note this is a large file (about 3.4 million bytes), and is not recommended for slow speed lines.

To download Dan's Powerpoint presentation, please click the following link: Ecological description of Griffith Park.
